New housing company 'Alliance Homes (Rother)' given green light by Cabinet

At the Cabinet meeting on Monday September 7th, members voted through the business plan for the newly set up housing company, 'Alliance Homes (Rother) ltd'. These exciting plans will see the arms-length company able to build housing developments that cater for the community, helping to better meet the social housing waiting list as well as the demand for quality, affordable homes in the private rental and sale markets. The business plan sets out a path for successful community and environment focused operations, favouring modern methods of construction such as modular, off-site and timber developments with clearly laid out revenue and delivery expectations.
