Having been stuck behind red tape for decades, Rother District Council, under the leadership of the Rother Alliance, make another big step in progressing the 'Blackfriars' development in Battle as Cabinet agreed the compulsory purchase of the remaining land needed to proceed with the proposed development which would see some 200 homes delivered for the people Battle and wider Rother.
