Valuing the incredible contribution Citizens Advice make to combating poverty and assisting residents in Rother, Cabinet members voted unanimously for the recommendation to offer a loan of up to £40,000 to Citizens Advice for a new premise in Bexhill. The meeting, held on Monday 7th September, heard that the current premise for Bexhill Citizens Advice, opposite the Town Hall, was no longer viable due to the landlord not being able to progress with redevelopments. The loan, which would be added to the Council's 2020/21 Capital Programme, ensures that Citizens Advice are able to continue providing their services in their new premises.
