Improving communication has been an aim of the Rother Alliance since the May 2019 election. We have taken many steps such as building a greater social media presence as councillors, modernising the Rother District Council website, agreeing to install video cameras in the council chambers to record meetings and being present and accessible within our communities.
Now, we are delighted to say, begins the next big leap in improving communication with this, the new Rother Alliance website: www.rotheralliance.org
This website is a place residents can go to stay up to date with the activities of the Rother Alliance, the ruling group on the Council.
You can expect regular articles updating you on our activities and a monthly email bulletin.
As we begin our second year as the ruling group on the Council this website will enable us to stay connected with residents and businesses like never before. Especially in the current situation, with a global pandemic changing our day to day lifestyles, it's a real positive to be able to communicate digitally and directly with residents.
